ezLCDuino

Built in 2011

This is my ezLCDuino Backpack. It is an Arduino compatible LCD backpack. This will solder directly onto the back of an LCD allowing you to control it using the Arduino LCD library. A through-hole version was once for sale, but I am no longer selling them at this time.

Solar Trike

Built in 2011

This solar tricycle was made for a solar contest at the Florida Solar Energy Center. In my mind, the obvious route to go was to make an electric tricycle and then add onto that setup to make it solar powered. My partner and I ended up receiving the first place award in the Solar Innovation Contest at the EnergyWhiz Olympics.

Rocky The Robot

Built in 2011

I came up with this robot just because I wanted a robot that I could easily show people. Before this one, I did not have a robot that I could really just turn on and have it demo a few different modes. It has a distance sensor for object avoidance, 2 light sensors for light seeking, and a Xbee transceiver for remote control using my Custom Controller I made.

T.V. Be Gone

Built in 2011

I already own a T.V. Be Gone from Adafruit. Just for kicks I decided to make one that was smaller and cheaper. Since the design is open source, I started with the schematic and worked my way from there. I did not really need 4 LEDs, nor did I need some of the extra parts that were on it. So after deleting some parts and routing the board, I ended up with this design.
